Employees clock in from their phone. The system checks their GPS location, blocks fake GPS apps, and asks for a selfie. This makes attendance records accurate and hard to cheat.
The system calculates salaries automatically. It applies Indonesian income tax (PPh 21, TER method) and BPJS social security contributions. It also applies deductions based on attendance. The HR team does less manual work and makes fewer errors.
HR staff manage everything from one web admin panel. Employees get their payslips as PDF files.
