When the owner and their team log in, one screen shows which booths are running, which are offline, and which need attention. It also shows live revenue, session counts, and payment results. The team knows how the business is doing without a visit to each location.
The dashboard handles QRIS payments (Indonesia's national QR payment) and promotional vouchers. The owner sets package prices for each location and can see the full history of each booth.
Each team member has their own access level. Operators see only the booths assigned to them. The owner sees all booths.
The system runs in production with secure login and automatic alerts. It gives fast answers to three questions: Are my booths online? Is revenue on track? Is there a problem I must fix?
